Apricot jam, treacle toffee and lots of European oak. With water a light mintiness and camphor character.
Finish
Malty, with blood pudding, and European tannins.
Comment
Sweet, filling, rich and satisfying. An impressive after-dinner drop.

Sweet, ripe red apples. Pears. Blackcurrants. Summer fruits. Lemon zest. Honey. Chocolate cake.

Big, rich, firm, confident. Pears, first poached in port, then coated in a Valrhona sauce.
Finish
Long, urbane, elegant. Organic chocolate coated ginger. Toasted coconut.

Luxuriant without decadence. Aristocratic.
