Martine Nouet
Nose
Malty, biscuity. Dry hay. Honeysuckle. Thyme. Summer fruit. Touch of lemon. Fresh and clean.
Palate
Smooth, with a gentle crispy feel. Muesli with nuts and raisins. Lemon curd.
Finish
Rather short. Fruit and malt sweetly keep keeping on.
Comment
A wee cracker. Nothing sophisticated. Clean, straight and well combined. Quite cheering.

Nose
Soft, smooth and fruity. Barley sugar, apricot, baked banana, tinned pear. Floral. Gentle, oak.
Palate
Soft and generous with gentle chewy, creamy mouthfeel and understated spiciness. Sweet oak. Bursts into life towards the finish.
Finish
Nutmeg, vanilla. Pleasantly dry.
Comment
A fine elegant whisky. The broadest and softest of the flight but with its own subtle complexity.
