Tasting Notes

Martine Nouet

Nose
Creamy. Cereals bowl. Custardy. Syllabub. Tangerine. Lemon and meringue pie.
Palate
Smooth, silky. Rewarding and refreshing. Pear drop. Touch of gingerbread. Warms up on allspice and long peppercorns. Hint of liquorice.
Finish
Warm, sherbety. Tickly. Toasted hazelnuts.
Comment
Like a sweet chariot. Puddings on display...Keeps fresh and lively.

Dave Broom

Nose
Dumb. Putty/plasticene, green fruits, unripe pear. Once again sweetness and some pear juice as well. Sweet and pleasant.
Palate
Nothing to start, then a light juicy fruit spreads across the middle of the palate. Has some weight, but shatters with water.
Finish
Oat. Dry.
Comment
At least this has some depth.
