Nose
Fruity. Cider apples. A bit sharp at start but quickly turns biscuity. Sweet vanilla notes. As it opens, the appley character breaks through to lead way to fudgier aromas.
Palate
Thick, oily. Creamy fudge, raisins and milk chocolate. A sensuous spicy wave.
Finish
Lingering, peppery. A bitter oaky edge.
Comment
A well structured whisky. Oak frames the aromatic palette without overpowering. Quite a complex dram.

Nose
Rounded. The first with any extra complexity to it. Plenty of vanilla, butter and a hint of pine. Light spices and sweet citric notes, apricot and banana. Orange peel and zest.
Palate
Very pure flavours. Clean with a mix of nuts and spice from the oak and a sweet spirit. Vanilla cinnamon, pepper spiced apple.
Finish
Vanilla. Very smooth. Medium length. Spicy.
Comment
Comments:Another great session drink, this has the sweeter edge. Good distilling. Stylish.
