Nose
Seaweed, creosote, and fish. Potent, sweet and sour. With water there are jelly sweets and silage, horse dung and fag ash.
Palate
Sweet, peaty, and a little coal tar soap.
Finish
Dry and ashy.
Comment
Speyside you say, eh? A real region buster, and I loved that sootiness.

Smoked chilli.
