Dave Broom

Nose
Boiled and oxidised. Grape must. Perfumed.
Palate
Greasy and thick of the tongue. It’s like drinking varnish. Some bitterness and burning plastic.
Finish
Cloying.
Comment
It sticks to the tongue and you can’t get rid of it.

Ian Buxton

Nose
Rich wine, smooth, comparatively subtle vanilla.
Palate
Develops complexity in the mouth.
Finish
Holds together comparatively well.
Comment
I have hopes for this.
