Martine Nouet
Nose
Slightly butyric. Wet floor in a dairy. Touch of pinewood. Fungus. Barleysugar. Touch of apple juice. Elderberry wine.
Palate
Sweet at first sip then very spicy with an unusual taste. Physalis, poppy drop, elderberry. Going definitely on the hot side. Tabasco.
Finish
Dry, burning.
Comment
A very strange aromatic profile. Nose is not very pleasant at start then it delivers more.

Nose
Rooty, then peach, fruit salad. Hot rocks. With water becomes hugely perfumed, lavender, then camomile blossom. Bizarre.
Palate
Immediate hit of marzipan, then angelica. Almost off-puttingly confected. A scented boudoir.
Finish
Camomile tea with a touch of echinacea.
Comment
Bonkers stuff.
